My purpose for staying at the property was to explore Southend for a weekend getaway. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. While everything was top-notch, what stood out the most to me was the excellent communication from the staff. the spare bed that was already set up was a huge help as well. I couldn't fault anything during my 2-night stay and would definitely consider staying here again if I find myself in Southend. Thank you to the property for a wonderful stay.
